    another great inning for Leake
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Just going from casual observation, I think most of the seeing-eye and hard-hit grounders that were finding holes are now finding gloves, and this is the result.

Yes, it definitely is. I said it the day they made the Snider trade, but I think parting with Brad Lincoln was a mistake.

I agree. Even when we were "struggling" as a pitching staff, they were still throwing very well IMO.

Brad Lincoln just gave up a 5 spot to the White Sox. He's been bad in Toronto.

Teams don't do that in the playoffs..I think it depends on the team and the success or lack of success our staff has had with that team

I know they don't. But with this staff...I'd consider it. Seriously.

Sure will miss Frazier being an everyday player when Votto is back.

His first four appearances for Toronto were scoreless in six innings combined.

It's only been the last two nights that he's struggled. Nonetheless, he has a 4-1 strikeout/walk ratio this year. He's been very good.
