    If I were the Mets I would complain about every bracelet, chain, etc. that Reds' players had on. Goose/gander and all that.
    A summer watching a bad Reds' team, is still a pretty good summer.

    Some pitcher got thrown out of the game earlier this season for having pine tar on his hat. If the rules can be bent, you can rest assured players are bending them.

    stuff on their brim, sleeve, shoes, even nail files in their back pocket. Pitchers try to sneak in anything they can get away with. Unfortunately it's not the first time we've seen this, and this isn't the only facet of baseball that this applies to.
    There are only two seasons - Winter and Baseball.
