I'd take 4 innings of 2 runs or less from Redmond and hand it over to the bullpen.

I think Dusty is looking for 5 from Redmond.

The Reds should score runs the next time around the order. I'd rather get 6 even if it means he gives up 4 or 5 runs. The Reds shiould still score enough and it would save the pen.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

I think he can get us past the 5th now. He seems to be settling down a bit...he's @ 71 pitches after 3 innings, so if he pitches ever so slightly better he can get us through 5 on 30 more pitches or so.

I'm already tired of seeing this Boo Radley fellow.

I don't mind seeing him at the plate...

Trivia question.... Last Red to win his MLB debut.

    Wood?
    LeCure?

I'll take Wood as my guess.

I believe Daryl Thompson won against the Yankees in his debut. May be WAY off on that.

Redmond wants nothing to do with any of these hitters except for Raley, and that might not have been prudent lol

Gotta appreciate a guy w/ a whip higher than his ERA. If he keeps that up, he'll be fine.

What I wouldn't give for five more outs without a run allowed...
