Not looking good in this one. Ball roll between Bruce's legs in corner. Bruce miss cutoff last inning.

I'd say the pitching is a little more to blame than Bruce in this one.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I know, you are right. Just atypical of what we have come to expect. Can't win em all...

I haven't watched the entire game but I also thought he took a very rough route on a double to the gap a few innings ago.

He did. He ran sideways with the ball for a few strides and the ball sailed over his glove by about a foot. Having a rough night in the field.

Cubs stealing bases when up by 5. Hopefully Dusty makes a mental note to pour it on them the next time we have the chance.

I didn't think Bruce took a bad route to that ball, but it seemed like a ball he would have caught in 2010.

Yeah, watch it again. No worries. It was a drive that I thought he had, IMO, but it's a tough play.

8-2 to the bottom of 6, for those wondering. Not looking so good.

Yeah, I saw it a couple of times. Didn't look like a bad route, but it did not look like he was moving very fast.

Cubs are trying to equalize things. Maybe they feel sorry for the Reds? LOL
