Leake will be ok. His head just isn't always in it. I notice he has had a tendency to "airmail" it after a good start the previous outing. Just needs to mature.

Who would be the # 3 starter in the playoffs now? Leake, Bailey, and Arroyo all getting bombed at times.

I'm hoping Bailey can get it together and take that 3rd spot. Right now I'd have to say Bronson tho.

    The Reds rotation would be:
    Cueto
    Arroyo
    Latos
    Leake

Bailey is a non-factor. They will have to eventually move him from the rotation due to his fatigue making him ineffective soon.

i think Leake is much more deserving of your bashing than Homerun Bailey

I'm sorry, I just believe Leake is a 'junk ball pitcher' at best....

Seriously....this Sunday Special lineup produced 5 runs in 5 innings against Roy Halladay and Leake couldn't even make that stand up.

There is zero question (IMO) that it's Cueto, Latos, Arroyo.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Yep. Homer is done and Leake is Leake. Arroyo has the veteran creaminess and the ability to step up in big games, having been there before. He's not the ideal #3 starter on a playoff team, should we end up being one, but he's obviously a much better choice than the alternatives.

Plus with Leake's innings limit, we probably wouldn't need him unless we made it to the NLC's. The rest would do good.

Bailey could be a nice secret weapon out of the pen.

i think Arroyo is a very good #3 starter for the playoffs, problem is the Reds will have the worst 4 starter in the playoffs

Come on, Miggy. Pretend it's 2010.
A summer watching a bad Reds' team, is still a pretty good summer.
