Homer is returning to form. He's feeling great and is ready to pitch great.

I read it on the internet today.

I'm a Dusty fan, I really am. But sometimes you have to admit your starter doesn't have it. He did with Redmond, and I applauded him for it. Dusty seems hellbent on always getting 5 innings out of his starter.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Sure... If the other team scores ten we have score eleven

    Dusty just missed the memo

Leake with about 4 of the worst placed breaking/off speed pitches I've seen all year. Yikes.

    Reds are frustrating tonight.

Kelch keeps calling the catcher 'Craps'

    He's playing pretty well.

Paul caught stealing as the catcher makes the throw from his knees.

Cairo flies out to center. 7-5 Phillies mid 6th.

I gotta admit, that was pretty impressive. Paul didn't have much of a chance.

Is it Dusty's fault that Cairo swung through a hanging splitter that led to X getting thrown out?
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

No. But Dusty does decide whether the pitcher stays in.

I think mbgrayson is on to something about the stealing signs though. It would certainly explain how the Phillies seemed to hit everything being thrown.

Doc only at 82 pitches. We're stuck with him.
