Time for Homer to head for the showers.

Good start by Homer regardless. Even this inning wasn't that bad, a groundball single and a ball that, while hit very hard, was just fair.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I see what Dusty was doing, Bailey has been tough on that part of the batting order, but he should have hit for him and used Marshall or Brox in the seventh.

Hate to lose this game because Bailey was left in too long. Two hits by the bottom of the order.

    C'mon Marshall.

As long as it's before the lead is gone (tonight) and not after (yesterday), I can live with it.
