Can't blame Broxton. Nice pitch. I blame the grounds-crew.
    2014 predictions:
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner
    Hamilton ROY & GG

"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

If you really want to win this game, bring in Aroldis now.

Do you think the umps help the Phils mess up the infield before the games?

A lot of bad luck tonight.

Bad bounce and a bloop double.

Broxton is just not very good.

And he's been pretty bad as a Red.

We go out and overpay for a guy that we already had in Louisville (Hoover). But, yes he has post season experience and all that. Sooper.

The Sox traded Bullfrog the only player they've got for Shottenhoffen. Four-eyes Shottenhoffen a utility infielder. They've got a whole team of utility infielders.

Wasn't a bloop double. Just a regular double down the line.

Pitchers who don't miss bats should not pitch at the back end of your bullpen.

As it should've been. Brandon never even touched it.

He stuck out his bat and hit a soft liner down the line. That's not a regular double.
