Wholeheartedly disagree. I never understood fan's obsession with bunting for hits. At best it gets you one base, and they aren't executed at a very successful rate.

Most players aren't as fast as Drew Stubbs though.

Love the way Bronson's pitching, love the way we're hitting, not so in love with the timing of said hits.

I like that speed more on a gap shot.

    Pirates out in the eighth.

Gregerson is a good reliever, has pitched every game.

McCutchen out of the way, made the last out.

    Pierre grounds out to 2nd.

    Utley grounds out to 1st.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

He doesn't have to do it every time up. But if he does it enough that the 3B has to cheat in all the time he's hitting, he gains a big advantage there.

Bronson may go the whole game at this rate, as long as he keeps his stuff.

This is the best I've seen Bronson look in quite a while. Just great snap on the breaking balls, really mixing his pitches well (as usual), and just pinpoint control. Love it.

Now put some more crooked numbers up on the board offense!!!!
