Those are the sac flies the Reds couldn't get last inning with Frazier on third.

2.47 for Cueto now. Still leading the NL.

i'm of the opinion that you bring in your closer, your "shut down" pitcher at the most crucial part of the game.

With that being said, it's hard to get him warmed up in time. You don't know ahead of time Cueto was going to get in trouble. We had our middle inning guy warming up just in case. You don't wear out Chapman's arm in warming up to "maybe" come in.

Not a bad effort by Jose. Wish he wouldn't have hung that ball to Nix with 2 strikes. Need about 8 runs this inning.

I'm figuring Jose comes out there again for the seventh. Then Marshall when the lefty power comes up. Then Broxton to try and close.

Thinking Dusty will try to avoid Chapman tonight.

It would probably be a no brainer if you could predict what the most crucial part of the game was before it happened. Not sure that the Kratz/Nix combo would qualify.

Somebody's going to need to take over the PBP for me. Bath time for the kiddos.

Chapman has his hands full pitching all the ninth innings. This team doesn't score huge numbers, often those ninths are close.

If the Reds don't have other guys who can handle the other leverage situations they need better relievers.

    Cozart grounds out to short
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
