But that's going back to their past colors. I won't fault them for that. I also liked the maroon and powder blue is the 70's-80's phillies.
I love the white sox red and white jerseys going back to early 70's. They loom really sweet.

Stubbs not content with being ahead in a count, promptly grounds out.
They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Ahead in count=should get a good pitch to hit=I'd better swing at this pitch ( in Stubbs mind) I think he decides between pitches if he is going to swing or take the next one.

Quick thought on uniform discussion from before (had to find a pic): Houston busted our their black and white uniforms a few weeks ago and I thought they actually looked pretty good. Better look than their current scheme, IMO.
