That was Abad idea by Ludwick.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Part of me wants to see the Reds lose tonight just so I can get a giggle out of the "Woe the sky is falling we lost to the Astros!" crowd lol.

Wainwright sure isn't fooling anyone tonight. He's still in the game with 85 pitches in 2 2/3 innings. It's 6-0 right now with the bases loaded. He's given up a pair of walks and 9 hits.

You don't need to pitch around any Astros hitters, Mike.

With a base open, I'd pitch around Wallace with one out. No reason to give him anything to hit as he's their most competent hitter.

Nice, Leake made Paredes look silly.
