The side should retire from baseball after that performance.

Wow. That's the loudest curse I've heard from a player that slipped by the editors.

I thought BP made a fool of himself. He saw the home plate umpire make the K call himself, so why point to first base? Just walk back into the dugout and take it like a man. He needs to get a grip.

Yea, but that's no reason to throw a guy out. That ump is ridiculous.

Moore singles to RCF to leadoff the inning. Altuve ph'ing. Schafer pinch running.

Hate to say it but I don't feel so good about this game. Lot of missed opportunities.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

That's the great thing about having a huge lead though, you can afford a slip up every now and then.

Hopefully Homer bears down here though.

Brandon wouldn't let the issue go. He challenged the ump's authority. Bad move on his part. I'm not saying the ump handled it perfectly, but BP was begging for an ejection and I'm not surprised he got one. You need to know when to shut up and walk away. If this game goes extras, that really hurts us.

True, but I'd prefer the slip up doesn't come against the Astros and waste an otherwise great start by Bailey.

Not sure if this has been noted here yet or not, but Votto homered tonight.
