Doesn't Cueto know that high socks = base knocks?

    Sac fly. 1-0 Houston.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Reds really should knock Edgar Gonzalez around today.

Apparently not...most are looking pretty off balance.

You know the Reds have a big lead when it's so dead in here. Too many watching NFL?

Cueto and Gonzalez must have had some Freaky Friday thing going on before the game. Gonzalez looks dominate through the first several batters, Cueto looks like how you'd expect Gonzalez to look.

Agreed. Would really suck to lose 2 of 3 to the Astros, 9.5 game lead or not.

Gonzalez with no hitter thru 2. Seems to me that several guys have swung at would-be ball 4's.

Cueto easily retires first two, then single, BB. Not hitting his spots at all.
