I beg to differ.I believe he would get more pitches to hit,and he makes contact.It is funny to me that we hate bunting ,yet are ready to sacrifice Hanigan's batting skills just to supposedly keep the pitcher from leading off???

Hanigan has 12 IBB this season. Hitting second, maybe he has 2. That would lower his OBP by 30 points.
