    Phillips steal of second there was unwise. Now Votto walks.

    Also, Heisey swung at a bad pitch. He isn't a very disciplined hitter. He could have really generated an inning here.

    Why is it ever unwise to put a runner in scoring position? Runners won't score on singles. By stealing second with two outs, you greatly increase your chances of a run.

    I'd rather have Votto hit with Phillips on first. He's a doubles machine.
