    Since Aug 6th (today is his 30th game including that date)

    Stubbs is

    17/110 for a .155 avg

    He has 1 double and 1 triple in that spell to blast him to a .182 slug %

    He has 7 walks to crack him in at a .205 OB%

    A .387 OPS over 30 games played.

    You could say Votto has his slumps. But then you'd be denying that he never truly gets pitched to.

    That 17/110 number is unbelievable. Unbelievable that a team in first place regularly starts a person with these stats.

    I fear to look...but not only are those insane stats over his past 30 games...but I'll guess only BP and Bruce have more AB since that date.

    How about these numbers. Soft V. since August 1st.

    6/57 for a .105 average.

    No extra base hits for a .105 SLG percentage.

    Two walks to boost his OBP to .136.

    OPS is .241.
