MLB At Bat. It's a great app that will stream the radio broadcast (from either team) of any live game. Also shows with previews, highlights, box scores, etc.
$20 and well worth the investment. There's usually a game on in the afternoon, so I have my headphones on during work. Makes the afternoon go by very quickly!
For something like $120 you get all the above but with streaming video. I'd get fired if I had that though...
Sometimes u can get the games on I heart radio app.either on the wlw station or fox spots station.
