    I'll take the start from Leake but man, he's lucky to have only given up 3 runs so far.

"If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

    Could use some insurance runs.

    Perhaps. But he's also got an 18% HR/FB rate this year. Maybe he's been a little 'lucky' tonight but he's been somewhat 'unlucky' for the course of the season.

    Still, give up 3 runs in 7 innings, you've done your job.

    If Leake has a higher HR/FB, I'd be willing to guess its because the ones he does give up, hitters square up better on because of his soft stuff.

    on a full count, the guy is protecting the plate or should be. Throw a breaking ball. If you walk him, get the next guy. You can't give it to him right down the middle.
