Word of advice to Reds hitters: BE PATIENT. BURNETT LEAD THE LEAGUE IN WALKS A FEW YEARS BACK. HE THROWS ALOT OF BALLS. GET HIM BEHIND IN THE COUNT.

I think Dusty should have flipped Heisey and Valdez.

You speak the truth. Watch a tracking of his pitches and you'll see that he lives not on the edges of the strike zone but beyond the edges

I'm about to head out for the ballpark here in about 20 minutes. With any luck I will return with many great howling and mullet man stories.

    Be good tonight kiddies!

We don't want your stories. We want you to return with the mullet man himself.

Unfortunately, the home plate ump tonight has no profile and is a part-time MLB umpire. He has no statistics on this site I check every so often (for entertainment purposes only):

He did make Deadspin's list for worst calls of the season though:

    Then it shall be done.

I wish I could say this will be my first kidnapping, but sadly... well, I better not say more than that. "The Man" is always checking in on my internet activity. One thing I can tell you is that it's a major reason why I'm legally not allowed anywhere near a school or a Chuck E. Cheese.

Why are Reds' fans stealing the "wooooo" from the Pittsburgh Penguins? (doesn't get it)

    1-2-3 inning for Homer

Vintage Reds 1st, Votto with a 2 out single and then left there.

    0-0 after 1.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

    Re: 9/12/12 Pirates at Reds

Bruce flies out to deep center
Rolen K's looking (on what looked quite like ball 4)
    Heisey K's

    0-0 after 2
