If that is the case, I would start Latos and Bailey in San Fran...Latos has pitched good there and we all know how good Bailey pitches on the road.

Heck, I would consider Arroyo and Bailey. Arroyo would love pitching in that big ball park
Not this year...maybe a Wild Card

Bailey struck out Soriano with gas. I don't know if Homer's had a better fastball this year.

    Now two outs.

If memory serves me correct, he pitched pretty good in Game 3 against the Phillies in 2010...we just did not show up offensively.

If Homer could pitch like this two thirds of the time, he'd be an all star. Brilliant outing tonight.

    Great start by Homer.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Astros had a few runners on in the 7th and again fail to score. 3-0 Cards mid 7th.

At 3-0 I leave Homer in.

At 5-0 maybe I take him out.

    At 4-0 I'm undecided.
