How hard is it to throw it like he did to Ethier? Waste it high or low but don't just hang it.

But like everyone is saying,.....this offense is pathetic to watch. It's been more than enough time to start worrying about it by now.

And that's the troubling part. This team simply refuses to score runs anymore. Staff can't can't shut the opposition out every night, and that's about what it takes. Joe Blanton started this game and they have 1 run on 4 hits. This season is a testament to how good their pitching has been.

Jeez, Matt freakin Kemp gets a bloop hit off of a reliever and suddenly it's gloom and doom all around.

It's not like it was on purpose. Sometimes you just don't hit the spots you're going for.

Bingo. The Reds are making mediocre/bad right handed starters look like Nolan Ryan.

Just looked up the stats. This is the first time since June 14th that Blanton has given up just one run or less in a start.

The shame of this is that tomorrow's game is on FOX and the celebration probably won't be covered.

I just hope they get a chance to clinch it on the field. The Cards game starts at 1 tomorrow.

Are League's arms that hairy or is he really tatted up?

Hitting comes in streaks....we are in a valley right now.

We will heat up at the right time...just like in 1990.
