There wouldn't be a place for EE on this team anyways. He's a terrible defensive player, so he's not even remotely an option at 3rd, we already have a better hitting 1B, and we don't use the DH. So where would he play?

I didn't dig this up to say I missed him, nor that I want him back. I brought it up because he crushed that ball and it'd be nice to have some Reds that actually pulled a baseball once it a while and knocked the stuffing out of it that EE did last night and has 9 times this year.
