"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I tried to look up Hanigan's minor league stats without success, but was he this good in the minors? He's a solid catcher in every way.

    Umpire has a weird strikezone.

Rolen strikes out. Reds leave them loaded. 3-1 after 5.

4-1 Brewers after a leadoff Lucroy double, groundout advance, and sac fly.

4-1 to the bottom of 6.

I'm thinking Bruce needs to sit against Marcum next season as well as against Wandy.

Next season they should seriously consider Votto hitting lead off and let Phillips hit 4th.

Ondrusek gives up a 2 run jack to Braun to seal the deal.
