    NLCS Tickets

Is anyone else receiving a message that their (valid) password is not recognized? This is happening to me and two others I know, so I suspect it's a BIG glitch in the system.

Yes, I'm really upset about it, too. They better make it right.

I texted a guy I know in Reds ticketing. Will post any insight.

Glad I found this thread...I have been flipping out this morning

Curious if it's one password for all of us or if all passwords are bad.

Mine starts with H and ends with B.

I got someone on the phone and told him my issue and he said let me get you customer service and boom, back on hold.

Here is what I did: call Season Ticket line at 513-765-7500; hit option 1; wait for a rep; the rep will look up your account and give you a new password to use.

I got seats to all 4 games.

Mine is completely different and same problem. I imagine it is a system wide thing. Hopefully they get it fixed and restart things.

I just got off the phone with someone who said they are emailing me a new password. I asked for the code over the phone and he could not give me one supposedly.
