This game is exactly why I hate the one game play off. Braves went 5-1 vs Cardinals and finished 6 games better in standings but one bad error opened up the door for them to win and send the Braves home.

To have a 162 game grind come down to one game is criminal. It should be series based at least, best of 3 games for it to make sense.
There are only two seasons - Winter and Baseball.

When trailing after six innings the Braves are 6-53.

Wouldn't that be ironic if a Chipper Jones error cost Atlanta the game?

My idea was best of 3, and the wild card team with the best record plays them all at home. Being the last wildcard team is basically a freeroll at this point, you should have 0 advantages.

I am listening on the radio and you could tell by the crack of the bat that that ball was gonna be trouble.
