I have no idea how Johnson is as good as he is.

Or why he strikes out so few given how hard he throws.

    Congrats Baltimore
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

No big celebrations should be in the WC game. Just one in unison sigh of relief from the winner would be proper.

Not breath a lot for one, LOL

Honestly, I never thought the O's would be in this spot so just them getting by this game would be huge. I'll think about anything else later!

    OMG, they WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    GO ORIOLES!!!

This just highlights the stupidity of a one-game playoff.

I watch about 250 beaseball games per season, since MLB came into effect.

I have never seen an infield fly called in this manner. Never. Ever.

So, for something that you suggest is a routine application of the rules, it would appear that it's never called.

Not if you are of the opinion that wildcard teams should be thankful just to have a chance...granted all don't feel that way.
