Detroit has 2 runners on with 2 outs in the 7th with Cabrera at the plate. This might decide the game here.

Wow. How do you do that? Coco Crisp drops a fly ball and two runners score.

That was very unfortunate. Crisp caught that ball twice and nearly a third but couldnt hang on. That's deflating for sure.

    Fielder K's. 3-2 Tigers.

Studied films of Josh Hamilton in CF before the game.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

Yeonis Cespedes scored on a wild pitch to tie the game up at 3.

Cespedes is a game-changer. He manufactured that run all by himself. Stole 2nd, then 3rd, and scored on the passed-ball.

    edit: home run A's! 4-3!!!!

I just love that a playoff game is only available on MLB network. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised since MLB decided to go to TBS and cut out all non-cable folks but at least most standard cable packages have TBS.

I've got Insight Cable and they've yet to pick up MLB Network, so no playoff game for me. Only Bud Selig could pull this off. Hey, let's have a one game playoff! Hey, let's make the higher seed start on the road! Hey, let's black out a playoff game!

Both teams have now scored the tying run in the 8th inning on wild pitches.

Prince Fielder is a pretty unique guy and I like to watch him play, but I really wish he'd lose the lifetime membership to Golden Corral.

Fair or not, it is more likely to lead to you getting MLB Network. And that is what MLB is doing it for.

Yea I'm sure that's what it is, it's just super annoying. I feel really bad for people without any cable at all, they basically have to miss the entire first round.

In 1972 the Tigers and A's played some of the most exciting playoff games that year. It had everything. 15 K game from Joe Coleman. Bert Campaneris throwing a bat at Lerrin LaGrow.... comebacks and drama.

WOY, I ma sure you remember those games very well.

This series is looking like that exciting to me.

I agree it's annoying, but can't you watch it online for 5 bucks? I guess what I am saying if someone really wanted to watch they could find a way. Might not be on the big screen but baseball junkies won't starve. Hopefully your carrier picks up MLB now.
