Kinda funny. I filled out a MLB playoff bracket at work and I had the Tigers and Reds in the fall classic. I got 1 right

Definitely rooting for the Tigers regardless of who they face. Hopefully Verlander and the Tigers rotation keeps up the dominance.

Mike Ilitch is really, really old.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Is this the end of the line for Ichiro?

I doubt it. He played pretty well for the Yankees. I could see him playing another year or two.

It is unbelievable. A play at the plate. Runner should have been out by a mile and the catcher drops it
