3 out away from a St. Louis loss and shut out.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I hope so. Bochy has done a very good job.

Post-season managing is a different skill set than regular season.

If it actually happens, justice has been done. And yet I'll never forgive our commissioner for this screwy system.

Watching a St. Louis collapse is refreshing.

They will say they were on the road, and we were at home...who cares...you were up 3 games to 1...you choked too.

Carpenter had nothing last night, he's done. Lohse was not ready for prime time. He lost millions tonight in the free agent market.

You are witnessing the last breaths of the Cards for a while..enjoy.
Not this year...maybe a Wild Card

If it wasn't raining, they'd have been able to score 9 runs in that inning.

As hard of a rain I've seen an MLB game played in.

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”
