    That would probably make the most sense. Depends on the series though. Reds down 0-2 you may throw Cueto game 3 if he can go.

    throw it high and Cain gets an extra 6 inches off the plate. We throw it low and even strikes are called balls.

    In an interleague game on July 2, 2011, Cuzzi issued a walk to Cameron Maybin of the Padres after only three balls. Maybin later scored the only run in a 1–0 Padres win

    Should have just told Latos to go take 45 minutes to get warmed up after Cueto came out. Let Cain sit awhile.
