Not even close, today's was on the CF side of the BP by several feet and yesterdays was on the foul pole side by several feet.

He was wild and they had a shot to score with 1st and 3rd and one out.

This is a nightmare game for the Nats! Now 7-1 after an Espinosa error and Cards have 1st and 2nd with one out. Good thing they came back yesterday.

Garcia also has a tendency to start throwing meatballs once he's hit hard a couple times. When he goes downhill...he goes fast. Head case. He used to have great stuff, but those starts are very few and far between now. Useless on the road, becoming useless at home.

His K/9 is at his career norm, BB/9 at an all time low and HR/9 at an all time low. His FIP was 2.97 this year and xFIP was 3.39. Really just burned by an unlucky .339 BABIP this year.

Bryce Harper lighting in up in the first game and a half. 0-8 with 5 Ks.

Back-to-back HR off Lynn give the Nats a glimmer of hope cutting it to a 4 run Cards lead.

Hope he heats back up when they go home, they need him if they want to win this series.

Jay just took a double or triple away on a great catch at the wall, and then the final out came on a rope to SS for a BABIP killing inning.

Play like that is why Rasmus lost his job and eventually was traded. Jay hustles 100% of the time and looks like he's always having a good time. Very likeable player.
