I'm afraid my father's passed away. About 15 years ago. Oh well. We can be brothers in spirit.

Tom Browning led the Chicken Dance in 2012. Back to work. Nine-run lead seems safe enough.

Listening on ESPN Radio now while I wait for the cable box to come back. Bruce at bat, that's good, let's hope he scores again.

Looks like Arredondo in the 9th. Can he get them out without walking someone? We'll see.

There are probably a dozen threads here on RZ I have yet to discover on rituals. One of mine is I never turn off a postseason game for any of my teams in any sport irrespective of the score. Doesn't matter how many innings nor how late nor how early I need to be up. Just don't do it. If the Reds go all the way this year as I expect, that and another hat ritual I've just adopted will be the clear reasons why. With maybe a little credit to the team and Dusty too.

Absolutely. And hopefully the Nats will match the feat setting us up for a wonderful LCS.

I don't think I've ever woke up, saying, "Damn I wish I would have drank more last night!"

Arroyo: When I was in Boston, they were up, the Reds were down... Now we're up... they're down. You see how it all evens out for me?

Seinfeld quotes aside you can tell how happy Bronson is to be here now just by looking at his demeanor in the dugout

One-hitting the Giants exorcises the Ghost of Halliday for me.
