He's 35; he won't have many more chances. And he has the presence of mind to stay calm and back it up with stuff. with salad.
Also think that Arroyo can pitch with great confidence in this ballpark. His nemisis is all the long fly balls. More forgiving park has to give him additional confidence.

Ron Darling -- who I like, by the way -- made the very good point that Arroyo's great attitude, his 200 innings every year ethic, seems to have influenced the rest of the starting staff. I agree.

In other news, Bumgardner is a strike throwing machine right now.

LOL it's okay, but it's pretty stupid at times. Oddly enough the only reason I ever watched it was because my girlfriend made me. And then Dianna came along...

She has no one to blame but herself that I'm wacko over Ms. Agron now lol.

that bum Votto with a single
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Votto lets the pitcher know that he didn't appreciate being down 0-2. Nice hit.

Now one of the color guys saying that choking up on the bat is new for Votto since his injury... no it's not, he's been doing it with 2 strikes for a long time.

It would be cool if these announcers could at least trouble themselves to watch the teams they're going to cover for at least a week.

Honey roasted cashews make for a pretty good game snack.

There are a dozen of Dianna Agrons' at every mall in America on any given night. Just my opinion. But I think most women are beautiful in there own way.
Attended 1976 World Series in my Mother's Womb. Attended 1990 World Series Game 2 as a 13 year old. Want to take my son to a a World Series Game in Cincinnati in my lifetime.
