I get a customer calling at this time of night, during a playoff game. They're lucky I answered the phone.

Jeter will sometimes bunt on his own. Girardi might not have called it.

I'm confused. maybe we're not talking about the same thing.

I saw him throw several in the bullpen area during the last half of the inning. But I know some giants pitchers warm up in the heated area behind the dugout (which have raised mounds and pitching rubbers). I don't know if Tim did there, but I certainly don't think Bochy would risk a pitcher by not giving him enough time to warm up. What are YOU talking about?

    Dude looks like a Nady
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

It looked like Lincecum was totally surprised when they put him in the game.

Careful man, let's not jinx it here when we got Arroyo out there who has been known to lose it so quick he can give up a leadoff three run homer.

So for the record you say Lincecum warmed up properly? I say he did not.
