    Heyman looks pretty drunk on the Nat/Harper Kool Aid. And considering 10/12 predictions on the Wild Card were wrong, I wouldn't take them too seriously.

    By comparison, six of the Sporting News writers and editors made their predictions. Five of them predicted the Reds to go to the WS and three picked them to win it all.

    Per the norm with any pro or college sport finals/postseason round, there are pundits predicting everything imaginable (except Cueto getting hurt and leaving the game after one batter).

    My objective predictions (not absent of bias but still based on facts and history) have been and remain:

    Reds over Nats in NLCS
    Yankees over I don't care who but probably Detroit in ALCS.

    Reds over Yankees in 6 in WS (though I'd much prefer the '76 replay and have it be a sweep).
    Reds & Nats, 2013 LCS. Take2 (9/13) Reds but no Nats
