I'm all for the "everyone is available for the right price" philosophy, but it would really take a boatload for me to trade him. While he has only put it all together for 1 season, let's look at what Homer has going for him:

-He's 26 years old
-Finished 21st in the NL in ERA & 25th in WHIP (which are both #'s of a #2 pitcher)
-He had a 2.32 Road ERA last season (I'm making other teams pay this premium)
-His SO/BB ratio has increased each year. Mostly due to a decreasing walk rate. This stat tells me it's less likely this was a flukey season but rather a trend to the positive

Again, I'm not opposed to trading Homer for the right price. But for me, the right price is sky high

Choo has 1 year left on his deal, if they stumble early next year he will be available at the deadline. So, no.

Now i would be good with Micheal Brantley and another high level prospect if there are any left in Cleveland.
