well, i think this game is a lot different without that, but yeah, we've had other chances.

Affeldt has the Reds completely baffled.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I hate taking out a pitcher who is dominating for about a 33% chance to get just a baserunner.

Can't make the first out at 3rd....It was the 1st inning...be aggressive....I have mixed emotions about it.

1-2-3 go the Redlegs. Really solid from Jeremy.

I agree. One aspect of this is that the Giants have lefty hitters coming up. So Marshall fits the bill well.

SF will use Nady though, he hits lefties.

Agreed. I would've left Homer in without a doubt.

But really, it's not like the Heisey gaffe from last month where it was guaranteed runs that they cost themselves. Who knows how the rest of the inning goes if BP had stopped at 2nd?

Correct. The Reds have had chances to score and now they still have chances to score.

    Go Reds.
