    jesus
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Well dammit. This game feels destined for 32 innings.
What if this wasn't a rhetorical question?

All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.

Thought that one was dropping for sure!
This will not change until the Reds win the World Series.......

Well... If the Reds are going to do it... They'll do it like drama queens and walk it off...

    3 broken bats, 3 outs.

I hate scoring in the 1st inning....it seems to shut us down
Not this year...maybe a Wild Card

If was was pretty sure he could get to third with one out - I would consider it strongly.

I have a feeling that it's finally Drew Stubbs' time to shine.... My gut tells me the Reds are going to win in a walkoff in the 9th and Stubbs will factor into it somehow.

I mentioned in the last game thread I hated to have a travel day, thought it had a chance to cool off our bats.

And here I am thinking it's time for Hanny to get some national love.
