First run scored on a HBP, BB and sacrifices.

Second run scored on a passed ball and error.

    Kind of upsetting.

Why, because he hit a ground ball that went for an error?

Walk him, and all of a sudden the walk is in play.

    You can't manage with hindsight.

I don't understand why you don't walk that batter to force the Giants to use their last bat off the bench. First mistake Dusty has made in the playoffs, but that was an easy choice to me.

All avoidable. Now we need serious heroics that makes baseball lore to win.

You guys are bigger men than I am. I want to curl up in a ball and give up. Just unbelievably soul crushing for me.

Pretty dumb not to walk Arias. Sanchez isn't going to get an infield hit plus if he gets a legit hit, the Reds have gotten Romo out of the game. It just doesn't make much sense to me.

Becuase you chance of giving up a run increases dramatically with a walk in play.

Why was it dumb not to walk Arias? Because the third baseman booted a ground ball?

Dang passed ball. Dang. 1 hit allowed through 9 and then this. Like Tom, I'm not taking it well at all.

The guy hit a little ground ball. He didn't hit a 480 foot homer.

Don't see how walking him would have helped, except if your goal is to get Romo out of the game.

Guys, PuffyPig is spot on. You don't walk a guy there.

And if Sanchez walks, what does everyone say?

Walking him eliminates getting beat on a weak ground ball.

Get Romo out and a force out to any base.
