Rolen as well. Let's not act like its a slam dunk move. Rolen hit well in the 2nd half and is a generational fielder at 3B.
They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

There isn't a player alive who wants to face Matt Cain in an elimination game where they've choked away a 2-0 series lead. They might not "fear" him, but I can't imagine wanting to face him.

And they probably don't think the game is over -- on the contrary, they're going to press even harder to win.

And they're going to look silly trying. It's already starting with all these Ks from Zito.

Actually it would likely be Latos not at full strength and Arroyon not at full strength back to back.

Why would you bring back Chapman for a second inning reducing his availability(or at least effectiveness) if he's needed to pitch tonight? The strategy changes dramatically when you have no idea if him pitching a 10th inning will actually lead to a win.
It's a risk, but the idea was to hopefully close out the series. Chapman looked pretty sharp.

Votto up with runners on base.
What if this wasn't a rhetorical question?

Thank god for Scutaro, let's hope Joey can do something besides a glorified Sean Casey impression here.
