Agree you lose your best pitcher in the playoffs and best player for a bunch of the season. Great year. In a week this won't hurt as bad.

Whoever called it earlier in the game that they were saving Paul to hit against a tough lefty was dead on. Good call.

Yes it will, when the flipping Cardinals are still playing and we aren't.

Sure is a good freaking thing we won that division title. I hate the friggin Cardinals. I hate the wild card. I hate Bud Selig. I hate baseball.

He will be a coach at some point, but he still has a little life in him

But he is still good the day after a day off

Resign him and explain he will only be playing in 40% of the games

Let this sink in people. Not only are the Reds the first national league team to blow an 0-2 lead, they actually had the biggest advantage any team has ever had being up 2-0 in a series, as they had the last 3 at home. Tells you big of a choke job this is.

That second wild card was one of the dumbest ideas ever. Only Bud Selig would think it is good. If five playoff teams are good then ten must be better, right? Hell, let everyone make the postseason.

Wow the Giants are more than likely going to advance & 52/3 innings is longest by any starter, & Giants get 1 hit in 9 innings in game 3. Can anybody explain how the Reds are 3 outs away from elimination? I just can't comprehend this!
