RedsZone, what could be worse than this?

    Well... a lot of things!

    I'll start...

-Having to be a Pirates fan right now would certainly be worse than this.
-Having my dog run away would certainly be worse than this.
-Not having been able to spend games 3 and 5 with people that I care about and instead having to watch them alone or with people I despise would absolutely be worse!

So, who else wants to play? After all...

    The aughts.
There is no such thing as a pitching prospect.

Having no hope for next year would be worse.

It could have been the Cubs or Cardinals that rallied to beat the Reds or it could have been like the Yankees in 04.

Especially for Expos fans. I think the Reds would have met them in the NLCS. Would have been a great series.

I texted my brother right after the game, at least we're still better then the Cubs.
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

What could be worse than this? Being a Cubs fan, of course.

A recent first-round draft pick who continues to regress and whose performance will never match his natural talent, but continues to play CF because they don't have anyone else.

Re: RedsZone, what could be worse than this?

Getting swept would have been worse. At least we got three games worth of significant economic boost for the city.

Also, I'm comforted by the fact that the BRM went through playoff struggles in the early 1970s before winning, and winning big. I'm somewhat discomforted by the fact that this year's NL might be the weakest it'll be for awhile, with the Dodgers getting a full year of their marquis players next year, the Phillies healthy again, Strasburg under no restrictions next year, etc.

That there is no God, having to bury a child, burying my father, losing my job, finding out I was terminally ill, not having food for my children, living under a dictator, not having religious freedom, being homeless, losing my mental health, etc....the Reds are recreational activity
