    I love this song!

    Slayer-Seasons in the Abyss

    Down-Stone the Crow

Anyone going to see Down at Bogarts on 1/30? I don't think I can make it to Cincy on a work night.

What if this is as good as it gets?

I have seen both Down and Slayer (different concerts, not together) at Bogart's in the past. My fav Down song is "Losing All" off the same CD that "Stone the Crow" is on, NOLA. As a matter of fact that whole CD is rockin' stuff IMO. Same for Slayer's Seasons in the Abyss CD... top notch from beginning to end IMO... "Dead Skin Mask", "Expendable Youth", "War Ensemble", etc. And funny you should mention these two CDs together (well you mentioned songs from them) b/c both are in my car amongst the 6 CDs in the CD player.

Martin's a genius, there's no doubt about it. i think he's at his best when he combines his wit with his more autobiographical songs like "Earth Mother, the Sun, and the Furious Host."

Overkill had to drop off the Testament tour. Blitz has walking pneumonia. Oh well. It's still going to be a thrasher. Anyone going to the Cincy show Wednesday? Say hello if you see me, I'll be wearing my Maiden ”Killers” hat and probably an Exodus shirt.

My favorite of Metallica's cover tunes. I expect others may disagree but this just really gets me going. Yeah!

Yeah I read about this definitely side with Lombardo if everything is as he stated sounds like t could be on the way out of the NAND to leaving Kerry as the sole remaining original member. Who knows if or when Jeff Haneman will be back.
