My favorite metal artists are Paul Anka and Pat Boone.

    Oh, and Spinal Tap.

True about three axes in Maiden for a bit of time (and today). But I am an old-school'r who still claims "Hallowed Be Thy Name" as his fav Maiden song (from the Murray-Smith days). I guess my favorite IM releases are Number of the Beast, Powerslave and Killers. Yep, old school! A lot of newer metal bands cite Maiden as an influence.

Killers is my favorite Maiden album. Favorite Bruce era is Seventh Son, followed by Brave New World.

How about a little then and now?

    Machine Head-Davidian

    Machine Head-Darkness Within

As Gilpdawg said earlier, all new music by old bands sucks...NOT!

Open two browsers, one on RZ and one on youtube. Copy the web address from the youtube video and paste it on RZ. It may not show the picture at first, but it works.

they kind of remind me of a weird blend of early Candlemass, Danzig, and for some reason i can't figure out, Venom.

redsfan2000, those are some great songs. Just made 20 minutes of my workday much better, and about to make the next 20 minutes fly by as I listen to them again.
