Hard to find much on Ryan Dennick out there. His favorite quote is, "When your body is tired, exercise your mind".
Here is a scouting report of sorts.

The final two players taken were taken late and are both pitching in winter ball. Lefty Ryan Dennick went to the Cincinnati Reds. He spent the majority of the 2012 season with NW Arkansas (he started the year with High-A Wilmington). There, he was 6-5 in 30 games (three starts) with a 4.62 ERA. He walked 30 and struck out 72. Dennick has been starting for Mayaguez in the Puerto Rican League. There, he is 2-0 with a 2.82 ERA in five starts. In 22.1 innings, he has allowed 24 hits, walked five, and struck out 14.
