Jack Zdurienik:'I am not trading Felix Hernandez'..about that.

    David Wiess @WiessD

Sources: @Dodgers & Mariners are talking about a trade that would bring Felix Hernandez to LA; Zach Lee would be included in the deal.
I would be very upset if this happens and I am a Mariners fan:

The Dodgers are going to put the Yankees to shame in terms of largesse...

It sure as hell didn't take long for the Dodgers to turn into the LA Yankees.

    I'm already sick of them.

The source doesn't seem to have much basis to it.

Seems like the Dodgers are after Greinke but have thrown this rumor and the Lohse rumor out there to make it seem like they will walk away and pursue another option. I expect Felix stays in Seattle, Dodgers sign Greinke at the winter meetings and then depending on the market may pursue Lohse as well.

The M's payroll is very small right now, for them to trade a 26 y/o cy young pitcher would be stupid.

The Dodgers may have the deepest pockets, but there's no way they'd be the only team willing to take on that contract. I don't know how much they have left on the farm after all their other trades, but I'd be pretty surprised if it was enough to be the high bidder in that auction, if the Mariners did decide to hold it.

If I had a dollar for every rumor that has been started regarding Felix being traded, I could pay his salary myself.
