    Ryan Freel Memorial Donations

    Hello, Redszone-

The tragic death of Ryan Freel, one of Redleg Nation's own, has led the moderating team here at RedsZone to start up a fundraiser for the Cincinnati branch of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We are accepting donations until the end of January, at which point 100% of the net donation is going to be given to AFSP-Cincinnati.

To donate, please go to http://www.youcaring.com/memorial-fu...evention/37840 and click on the "give" button. Any amount will be accepted and any amount will help!

    Thank you for your time!

I'll be donating Thursday when I get paid. It would be really nice for us to hit that goal

Indeed. This is why I love this place.
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

Worthy cause. Money well spent. Too many have gone this way including our own Ryan Freel. Thanks to all for making it happen.

As one who works in the mental health system, thank you all for this consideration.

Seconded by someone who spent 4 years of his life also working in the mental health system.

    Showed my support.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.
