    The Rays, DBacks, Marlins and Rockies all were non-existing MLB teams when we last went to and won a World series. They have all been there since we last were and two of them have three trophies between them. Funny enough, the Marlins have never won their division.

    I did count the DBacks and Marlins (twice) as WS winners.

    The Rays and Rocks got thrown in with the rest of the 16, plus the Cubs.

    Personally, I don't find that funny at all. It kinda pisses me off. I think if MLB want to have more teams in the playoffs, then form 4 divisions in each league. But if it were up to me, we'd go back to 2 divisions in each league and only division winners advance. I think if you can't win your own division after 160+ games...you shouldn't be in the world series.
