If it is an arm injury, that seems strange. The trainer came out and looked at his fingers, like a blister issue was coming up.
With 1 out and 1 on in the 4th, he throws a pitch, then looks at his hand and appears to pick at his finger. The next pitch was ball 4. The trainer and coach then come out for a visit. The visit lasted for about 10 seconds and they didn't appear to look at anything. He stayed in the game. The next pitch was a grounder to short that should have turned two, but Soto couldn't scoop the throw at first. Galarraga was looking at his hand while the play was going on. Trainer comes back out, looks at the hand, Galarraga points to his finger. He is pulled.
Galarraga to the DL with a blister.
arm injury as the finger is attached to the arm via the hand.
Suck it up cupcake.
The Big Cat!!
I see Fay is rubbing off on C. Trent.
The Rally Onion wants 150 fans before Opening Day.
Cedric 3/24/08It's absolutely pathetic that people can't have an opinion from actually watching games and supplementing that with stats. If you voice an opinion that doesn't fit into a black/white box you will get completely misrepresented and basically called a tobacco chewing traditionalist...
I'm not cruel enough to want Fay to be out of work, but I think he needs to be moved to the classified department.
Fay is so lazy and lackadaisical with his job. He acts like covering the Reds is such a chore. It would be the dream job for lots of people. He needs to show some enthusiasm and some gumption or else give someone else a chance.
